Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel the order, please contact us and provide your order number and state the reason.

a. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped. Please apply for return after receiving the package.
b. Generally, you will receive a refund within 1 to 7 business days. (If no refund is received within 14 days, please contact us via email)


Returns & Refund

We’re bummed if you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns & exchanges within 14 business days of receipt for most items in new condition. Please note that panties purchased individually cannot be returned or exchanged. Entire lingerie sets are returnable.
1. Please send an email to customer@hellolagirl.com, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.

2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing. 

3. Most returns are processed within 7 business days after we receive your package. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

Return Conditions
1. You have 14 business days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item(s) please contact us within 14 business days of receipt.

2. Return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense.

3. The following item(s) cannot be returned or exchanged: Separately sold panties are not refundable. 

4. We will check every item carefully when we send out, if we send the damaged, or the wrong size item(s), we accept returns and do not require customers to pay shipping fees.

5. If need to return or exchange, please return the free gift together.

6. Hello.LA.Girl does not accept any return on merchandise that has been washed, worn, or damaged after receipt or missing the original tags. Any product that is damaged upon receipt must be reported to Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery and provide pictures or return might not be approved.

7. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.

8. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests. 

9. Buyers must ensure that the delivery address is accurate. If the package is returned due to inaccurate address, the shipping fee will be borne by the customer.

10. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.

11. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-HelloLAGirl products.

Note1: The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.
Return Address Please contact our Customer Service if you wish to return any items to the nearest return address. You will receive a response as soon as possible.

Note2: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
