Refund policy

We’re bummed if you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we have a 1-4day return policy, which means you have 14days after receiving your item to request a return.
1. Please send an email to customer@hellolagirl.com, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.

2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3. Most returns are processed within 7 business days after we receive your package. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

Return Conditions
1. You have 14 business days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item please contact us within 14 business days of receipt.

2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Underwear and special discount item(s) are not refundable.

3. Hello.LA.Girl does not accept a return on merchandise that has been washed, worn, or damaged after receipt or missing the original tags. Any product that is damaged upon receipt must be reported to Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery or return might not be approved.

4. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.

5. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.

6. We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
